    I thought this would be a great way to share a few tips and display some of my work.

    In real estate, I often find my graphic design background spilling over into interior design. I like to think of myself as "statically-challenged" -- I like to move my furniture around -- I mean, not ALL the time; just a lot of the time. ;)

    All kidding aside, by taking a creative approach and applying a few disciplines; I am able to transform spaces into marketable real estate.

    The results: a great first impression; an enjoyable experience for prospective Buyers and previewing Agents; reduced listing time; greater selling price; and, often a higher-assessed Appraisal.
